Silver Glow by AgonizingSwordfish Silver Glow by AgonizingSwordfish
Full view please. =)

This picture was taken from the observatory deck in the Prudential building, the second tallest building in Boston. The building shown in this picture is the Hancock tower, the tallest building in Boston. It was truly a spectacular night. I spent over an hour and a half shooting. The pictures from that night are best viewed very large, so you can see all the sections. Unfortunately, you can't see all the detail in the small display on deviantART. I hope I'm lucky enough to go again!

Very nice!

I really like the view there and how it feels both intimate and yet not at the same time.

Perhaps you could have lengthened the exposure time here.. but other than that, the colours are great and the perspective is awesome!

Cool stuff.

Thank you very much! =) I think I understand what you mean there. Nod

I did do longer exposures, however the longer they were, the more nasty the glare from the windows became. You might've missed the glare in this one because it's more subtle, but that's why I like it. I shot in raw and jpeg, so maybe I'll be able to manipulate the glare out of the raw files later if I can ever get photoshop =D
