The timing is indeed pretty awesome here. 
I like how you've captured it so that the insect is facing towards us. There is an interesting colour contrast here and I think the focus is great as well, especially as the main subject matter (the insect) is quite detailed and sharp.
Perhaps this could do with a crop, but all in all, it's really not a bad photo!
